Damaged Teeth From Thumb Sucking?

Many kids develop problems from thumb sucking that can create lif-long problems unless treated properly.

Mrs. W. a denture patient, arrived at our office with only 2 teeth that were decayed and with ill fitting dentures. Dr. Lee was able to save these remaining teeth, and explained that they are important to keep as a denture anchor and to maintain the existing bone for supporting the dentures. Mrs. D is relieved Dr. Lee was able to save her upper left molar that her old dentist said would need to have expensive gum and bone surgery by a specialist oral surgeon or possibly extracted.
